Digital downloads of the fall concerts were sent out on Monday via email. If you are having trouble finding your download, check your junk mail box or any household email addresses that we have on file.
For those who ordered videos as a DVD, expect them to arrive before the holiday break. They are headed to the post office this Friday.
We are still looking for Holiday Concert volunteers this Sunday, Dec. 8 at Interlake High School. Sign up on our Volunteer Calendar. Available positions include ticket sales assistant, point person, program distributor, and concert breakdown. High school students are always encouraged to help for volunteer hours.

‘Tis the season for holiday concerts! Join us at Bellevue Youth Symphony Orchestra’s Holiday Concert Series this Sunday, Dec. 8 at Interlake High School. Prepare to be wowed by our top orchestras, Philharmonia and Youth Symphony at their Magic of Mistletoe concert at 7:30 PM. To view all concerts and ticket information, visit our concert schedule. Musicians, call times have been posted by your conductors on your ensemble page. Concert attire is the same, but holiday accessories that are not too distracting to you or your fellow orchestra members are encouraged.
Sign up to volunteer at the concerts to get first choice in seating.
The BYSO staff would like to express our tremendous gratitude for our students, families, and community beyond! We are so thankful for the opportunity to meet, work alongside, and make music with such an excellent community. Coming up:
This Monday, December 2 will be the last rehearsal for the year.
On Saturday, December 7 our Flute Orchestra and Flute Choir musicians will go on tour, performing holiday favorites in public spaces around the Bellevue area.
On Sunday, December 8 all ensembles will perform at BYSO’s Holiday Concert Series at Interlake High School. We recommend purchasing tickets ahead of time. We are still looking for volunteers. Festive attire is encouraged.
Rehearsals will continue again in the New Year on Monday, January 6, 2020.

Registration for Winter Auditions is now open. Each ensemble is auditioning only for specific instruments. There are no spaces for new violins at this time. Winter Audition Information
Our Dec. 8 Holiday Concerts are in need of several more helping hands. A range of positions are available including green room monitors, ticket sales assistants, and point people. Please sign up on our Volunteer Calendar. Remember volunteers get first seating at the concerts.
We are also looking for help on Dec. 16 for BYSO’s Winter Auditions. This is a perfect opportunity for high school students to get volunteer hours. The auditions will be held after school at Interlake High School. Sign up on our Volunteer Calendar.

Our Fall Masterworks, Showcase, Highlight, and Overture concerts were professionally recorded. To order a copy in either DVD or digital download format, visit the BYSO Shop. Order deadline: Monday, Nov. 18. No orders after Monday will be accepted.
In observance of Veteran’s Day, there are no rehearsals this Monday, Nov. 11. Rehearsals will resume Monday, Nov. 18.
