All concert performances require a ticket, even when that ticket is complimentary. A separate ticket is needed for each concert, and tickets are non-transferable. BYSO small group outreach performances in public spaces, such as parks and shopping malls, are gifts to our community and do not require tickets.
Seating at regular BYSO concerts is “festival” style: first-come, first-served. We have no assigned seats or seating sections. Doors open 10 minutes before show time. Please contact the BYSO office if you require wheelchair seating or other accommodations. All seating at Benaroya Hall is reserved.
We have no age requirement for senior citizen tickets; each individual may decide whether he or she feels qualified for this discount. Youth tickets are for children ages 4 through high school. Children age 3 or younger who will be sitting on an adult’s lap through the entire concert and therefore do not need their own seat are admitted free of charge and do not require a ticket.
Tickets for Individual Concerts
Tickets for individual concerts may be purchased in several ways:
- At the door—until seats are sold out.
- Online through Brown Paper Tickets. Go to our season’s concerts listing and click on a concert. When online tickets become available, a link to buy them will appear there. All tickets purchased through Brown Paper Tickets will be held for pickup at Will Call at the concert.
- Contact our office. You can pay over the phone, and we will put you on the will call list.
BYSO families can save time and money by purchasing tickets to all their children’s concerts for the year in a season ticket package. Other members of the community also may purchase season ticket packages. Learn more about season tickets.
