Email ads to development@byso.org. Ads must arrive by the submission deadline:
- Fall Concerts – Oct. 1, 2019
- Holiday Concerts – Nov. 1, 2019
- Winter Concerts – Feb. 1, 2020
- Spring Concerts – April 1, 2020
Ads must be created to size with type and artwork placed and embedded. BYSO cannot provide ad design assistance. See the advertising rate sheet for artwork guidelines and acceptable file formats.
A $100 deposit is due at contract signing to reserve space, with balance due by the submission deadline. Make checks out to Bellevue Youth Symphony Orchestra and mail to the address below, or call the number below to pay by credit card. Ad space is not reserved until the deposit has been received. Ads will not run if full payment is not received.
BYSO reserves the right to decline any advertisement deemed inappropriate for BYSO’s audiences. BYSO will not be responsible for the print quality or appearance of ads that do not adhere to BYSO artwork and format guidelines. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. No cancellations will be accepted past the submission deadline. The ad cost minus $100 deposit will be refunded in the event of ad cancellation prior to the submission deadline.
