Selected students may be eligible for advancement auditions in December. In November, BYSO conductors will select which students in their ensemble may audition to advance. A student must already have advanced to the top of their instrument section to be eligible for an advancement audition.
Standard audition fees apply to advancement auditions. Students who audition successfully will advance (not be wait-listed).
Students who have been informed by their conductor that they may audition should email advancement audition requests to auditions@byso.org. These students should not fill out the online registration form.
