2025–2026 Parents’ Meeting
September 15 @ 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm
What: Parents and guardians are invited to an important meeting where you’ll gain insights into the upcoming year at BYSO. This is a great opportunity to meet the administrative team and your student’s conductor. The Parents Meeting only happens once a year and we encourage you to attend, even if your student is taking a leave of absence during Fall Quarter. Light refreshments will be provided by the BYSO Board of Directors. Please note, due to space limitations, we are unable to accommodate students at this event.
Schedule of Events:
6:00 pm – 7:00 pm: The administrative team will welcome you to our 60th Anniversary Season and give you all the information you need to support your child at BYSO this year. Come meet and hear from the fantastic team that works behind the scenes to make BYSO happen!
7:00 pm – 8:00 pm: Parents and guardians will then be invited to attend a meeting with their student’s conductor. Come hear from the person who will guide your young musician’s musical development this season at BYSO.
* We recommend attending this meeting, especially if you are new to BYSO. This event is designed for parents and guardians, not students. Please note that this venue is not where all rehearsals will take place. Check your student’s ensemble page for specific rehearsal information.
