Percussion ensemble is a great way for students to learn the techniques and attitudes necessary for excellent orchestral performance.

This also opens up the musical world rhythmically - every culture on the planet has percussion instruments and music of some form. 

Students will perform as an ensemble at BYSO concerts and occasional extra performances, as well as rotating into BYSO orchestras that need percussion parts covered.

The ensemble is open to and can be adapted to all playing levels.
