Our Debut String Orchestras are designed for beginning violin, viola, cello, and double bass students who want to develop ensemble experience.

The prospective student needs first position reading skills and possibly early higher position knowledge.

They will learn to play in a group, have fun, and improve their note reading and rhythmic skills.

Beginning Fall 2008

• Debut-West meets Monday evenings at 6:30 - 8:15 p.m. at Sammamish High School, in Bellevue.
• Debut-East meets Saturday morning at 9:00 - 10:45 a.m. at Hammond Ashley Violins, in Issaquah.

Both ensembles have the same curriculum, and the same conductor. They will have many of the same opportunities for performance.
