Board of Directors

Scott Lampe, Chair, Finance, and Development Committees, is married with two children (the oldest of which plays clarinet in the Youth Symphony), and is an engineering graduate of the University of Kansas and holds an MBA from the University of Texas, is currently an investment advisor for Morgan Stanley in Bellevue. He has been with BYSO since 2003.

Geraldine Carlson, Vice Chair, holds an MBA from Washington State. She has served BYSO since 1994. She has worked for US West. Currently she is involved in her local PTA, and with Master Gardeners. She had one son in BYSO.

Sherry Lacey, Treasurer, is a graduate of Central Washington University, currently employed with Sound Tax and Accounting. She has been a board member since 2003. Her daughter was part of BYSO for six years.
 
Jennifer Lee, Secretary, was educated at Barnard College and UC Berkeley. She played in a youth symphony as a student in New York. She works for a software company as manager of development operations.

Harumi Branch, member at large, She has a son and a daughter in BYSO.

Joan Franklin, nominating committee, She has had two daughters in BYSO.

Shairose Gulamani, HR Committee, is an educator with 15 years of teaching experience. Most recently she was a Business/Computer Instructor at Bellevue Community College. Shairose has served on the BYSO board since 2004.
 
Lance Hidano, a board member since 2004, serving on the Parent Committee, works for the Boeing Company, and currently lives in Bellevue with his wife and three children. His daughter plays in Sinfonia.

William Horton, Scholarship and Marketing, did undergraduate work at Central Washington University in music and philosophy and graduate work at Washington University in human-computer interaction and software product management. He currently works at Captaris, a software company in Bellevue, as manager of User Experience Group. He has been a board member since 2003. Both Bill's sons were part of BYSO. Bill serves on the board of directors for Thalia Allied Artists board of directors—the parent company for BYSO.
 
Jeffrey Keith, member at large, He has had three daughters in BYSO.

Bennett Wang, member at large, He has a son in BYSO.
