Place: Sammamish High School, 100 - 140th Ave SE Bellevue 98005 (regular rehearsal location)

Tickets at the door.  

A DVD of the concert will be made, and will be available for order.

Time: 7:00 p.m. concert

                Call times: 

                                Debut String Orchestra:  5:00 in green room (orchestra room)

                                Premiere Orchestra:  5:00 in green room (band room)

                                Flute Orchestra:   5:00 in green room,

                                Volunteers:  5:00 p.m. – Report to JoAnne:  DVD Sales person, other volunteers for programs and tickets,, and chaperones.

Point person report to JoAnne (please arrive at 5:00),  

Report to Courtney: setup people, backstage people. Cleanup people at the end of the concert.

We DO NEED a few more good volunteers.  Please report to JoAnne when you arrive and she will put you to work. (or you can email her, and she will tell you what she needs, joanne@byso.org).

Do you still need a bow tie?  We found some on line, and will sell them to you for $4 or $6 – first come first serve (we have two dozen).

ParentCorps:  we need help at the book table selling items for your funding.  Books, DVDs, CDs, BYSO clothing – these all make good last minute holiday gifts.  Let me or Xiting or Rebecca know if you can help.
