A Concert at 3:30 p.m.  -- Debut and Sinfonia

Call time for Debut both East and West: 1:00 p.m. in Orchestra Room
On stage time for Debut : 2:00 – 2:30 p.m.
Call time for Sinfonia: 2:00 – warm-up room is cafeteria.
Leave instrument cases on stage left.
On stage time for Sinfonia: 2:30 p.m. - 3:00
House must be cleared by 3:05. All students must be in their places by 3:20 p.m.

Debut Students and Parents – you notice you will have at least 45 minutes between your on-stage time and the time you need to be back in your place. Please have quiet time planned for your child – a snack or other family time. There will be no direct child care provided for your musician.

Call time for Flute Orchestra: 4:30 p.m. room Orchestra room
On stage time: 5:30 – 5:50 p.m.
Call Time for Flute Choir: 6:00 p.m. warm-up room is the green room
On stage time: 6:20 – 6:30 p.m. Flute Choir is the first on the program.
Call time for Premiere Orchestra: 4:30 p.m. warm-up room is the cafeteria,
Leave instrument cases on stage left.
On stage time: 5:00 p.m. – 5:30 p.m.
Call time for Youth Symphony: 5:30 p.m. in Orchestra room
On stage time: 5:50 – 6:15 p.m.
House must be cleared by 6:35 p.m. All students must be in their places by 6:50 p.m.

Premiere students and parents: You may notice that you have a long time between the time you leave your onstage time (5:30) and the time you need to be back ready to go on stage (6:45). Parents: Do not leave your child alone here – there will be no direct child care provided. We suggest you use that time to take him to supper. There are many eating places in the Factoria area which is near Newport High School. Or there are places at the high school you can have a "sack-lunch". Make plans now.
